Shhh It's a Secret!

What is this all about?

I want to gift Mary a private island for her birthday! Now I can't afford to buy a REAL private island (Not yet anyway). So I decided I would make her the next best thing, a VIRTUAL Private island! Mary is in LOVE with the beach and I can't think of a better gift than her own private island to explore and enjoy!

What Does This Virutal Island Entail?

"Doe Haven" as I call it is going to be her own private paradise with all the things she loves! My goal is to get in as many fun references to her favorite things as I can! I'm limited by time but here are some things I'm considering:

• Dynamic Ocean Physics
• Shells that randomly spawn on the shores for her to collect
• Beach sounds and tropical music
• Arrival by way of an M-TESS Raft
• A castle on the island
• A horse (My Horse is Amazing)
• Sunsets
• Occasional Storms (If you know Mary you know why she'd love this)

What Do I Need From You?

Here's where you come in! It would be really awesome for Mary to be greeted on the dock of her own private island with a series of sign boards from her friends and family wishing her a Happy Birthday!

How To Get Your Birthday Message on The Island (Due 8/12)

There are two options depending on your comfort level on the computer

1. Text or email me the message as you would like it to appear on the sign and I'll whip up an image for it.
2. Send a .png (1000px x 500px) image that contains your message to me at brian@brianweis.net. Feel free to use the following templates or just go wild:

What EXACTLY is The Plan Here?

Do I really look like a guy with a plan? Once I receive your Birthday Message I will install it on the arrival dock of the island! (Remeber due date to get your message to me in is 8/12) On her Birthday proper I plan on making her a Mai Tai and inviting her to try out something in VR. My goal is to record her experincing it so you can all experince her reaction to seeing your wonderful birthday wishes. After her Birthday I plan on keeping "Doe Haven" around and adding fun things to it. Who knows maybe I'll release a mini game around collecting shells.
